Unit 10 forms part of the old laundry situated at Woodside Park in the early 1900's, and was also previously used as a large open plan office. This large expanse of open space did not correspond with market demands and as such was stripped, subdivided and modernised. Enquiries were then recieved by a tenant looking for a photographic studio.

Working to the tenant's requirements, half of the unit was then fitted out as an office; which involved further partitioning, wiring for telecommuncations, the fitting of central heating and the installation of a suspended ceiling. The other half of the unit was redecorated in line with the client's instructions, and a kitchen fitted for use in the studio.
